Governing Law.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of West Virginia without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, this site must be brought in a court in the State of West Virginia. This site is controlled and operated by Greenbrier/Scentex from its offices within the State of West Virginia, U.S.A.

Termination.
We may terminate this agreement at any time and without notice if, in the sole discretion of Greenbrier/Scentex, you fail to comply with any term or condition of this agreement.
